General provisions
These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern use of the mvploader.cc website, the installer, the MVPLoader application, and the library of modifications available through it. In these Terms, “User” means a person using the service, and “Rights Holder” means the owner of MVPLoader.
MVPLoader provides access to a library of game modifications and related tools. The library includes work by the Rights Holder and materials created by other authors. The author of each modification is identified on its page.
Acceptance of the Terms
By registering on the website, downloading the installer, or launching the application, the User accepts these Terms. If the User does not agree, they must stop using the service.
The current version and its update date are published on this page. Changes apply to subsequent use of the service after publication. Where the law requires it, the Rights Holder will seek the User’s separate consent. Changes do not remove rights granted to the User by law.
Age requirement
MVPLoader is intended for people aged 18 or older. By registering, downloading, or launching the application, the User confirms that they have reached that age. Anyone under 18 must not use the service.
Conditions of use
The Rights Holder permits personal, non-commercial use of MVPLoader in accordance with these Terms and applicable law. Where stated, the terms set by other authors govern rights to their modifications.
The User must not:
- present MVPLoader or someone else’s modifications as their own work;
- sell or distribute the installer, application, or library materials without permission from the relevant rights holder;
- use the service for unlawful activities or to violate the rights of others or the rules of games and gaming platforms;
- interfere with the website, application, or other users’ accounts.
A modification’s presence in the library does not mean that its use is permitted by the game publisher or platform. We do not recommend using modifications in online or competitive modes. If the rules of a particular game or platform prohibit such tools, they must not be used there.
Risks of using modifications
Possible consequences include:
- a warning, restriction, or ban affecting an account in a game or on a platform;
- loss of access to game features, progress, or digital items as decided by the game operator;
- errors or incompatibility after a game, operating system, or application update.
The User is responsible for how they choose to use modifications and for following game and platform rules. The Rights Holder is responsible for its own actions in the cases and to the extent established by law.
Software provided “as is”
MVPLoader and its library may change following updates to games and operating systems. We work to keep them functional, but do not promise:
- uninterrupted availability of the website, application, or every modification;
- error-free operation or compatibility with every device configuration;
- continued operation of modifications after game updates.
The “as is” description explains technical limitations of the service. It does not override any mandatory rights granted to the User by law.
Responsibility of the parties
Each party is responsible for its own actions under applicable law. The Rights Holder does not decide sanctions in third-party games and does not control the actions of their operators.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, or the User’s right to remedies provided by law.
Contents of the modification library
The library contains modifications created by the Rights Holder and by independent developers. The name of the author or team appears on each modification’s page. Rights to third-party work remain with its authors.
The Rights Holder:
- checks files with the means available before publishing them and reviews reports of security issues;
- may restrict access to a modification during an investigation, if a problem is found, or at the request of a rights holder;
- updates the library and information about modifications as needed.
Checks reduce risk but do not replace the User’s caution. Download the installer from the official download page, compare its SHA-256 with the published value, and do not run a file whose origin you doubt. If you notice suspicious behavior, stop using it and tell us.
Security and antivirus warnings
The application and some modifications interact with game processes. Security software may warn about these files. A warning should be assessed rather than automatically dismissed as a false positive or treated as proof of a threat.
Download the installer only from the official download page and compare its SHA-256 with the value published there. If you are unsure, do not run the file and contact us. A matching hash confirms that the file matches the published copy; by itself, it does not prove that the software is safe.
User data
The following data is processed to operate the website and application:
- Account: email address, Firebase identifier, email verification status, and technical authentication data. The password is sent to Firebase Authentication during registration and sign-in. New passwords are not stored in the website database. An older website database may still contain data from previously created local accounts, including their password hashes, until those records are removed.
- Website session and abuse prevention: a session identifier cookie, server-side sign-in tokens, activity times, technical request counters, and values derived from IP addresses for rate limiting. Web server logs may also record the IP address, request time, and browser information.
- Library use: account identifier, modification ratings, information about installations and launches, and view counters. This data supports ratings, statistics, and troubleshooting.
- Data on your device: the application saves the chosen language, interface settings, list of added mods, and other local preferences. In the current version, the application also stores the email address and password locally for automatic sign-in. Do not let others access your device. This storage is part of the application, not the website database.
- Diagnostics for certain modifications: a random installation identifier, software and Windows versions, launch time and result, and technical error information may be recorded. A shortened IP address hash is used to limit abuse.
Data is used for registration and sign-in, access to the application, library features, service protection, and troubleshooting. Google Firebase Authentication processes sign-in data and, according to Google, handles authentication data in the United States. When registration form protection is enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile receives technical verification data. Third parties may provide advertising in the application and installer; additional offers can be declined.
Data is kept for as long as needed for these purposes and legal obligations. For access, correction, or deletion requests, contact us through the Telegram community. Some data may be kept longer if required by law or to protect the parties’ legitimate interests.

Intellectual property
Rights to the MVPLoader application, website design, and branding belong to the Rights Holder or are used with legal authorization. Rights to modifications by independent developers belong to their respective authors. Game and platform names are identifiers of their owners; mentioning them does not imply their endorsement of MVPLoader.
Suspension and termination
The Rights Holder may temporarily restrict access to the service or particular materials for updates, security checks, compliance with law, or protection of third-party rights. A User’s access may be restricted for violating these Terms or abusing the service. The User may stop using the service and request deletion of their data.
Governing law
The relationship between the parties under these Terms is governed by the law of the Russian Federation. This choice does not deprive the User of protections provided by mandatory rules of law that apply to them, including those of their country of residence. Disputes are considered in accordance with the procedure and jurisdiction rules established by applicable law.
Final provisions
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
