This page explains what data the mvploader.cc website, MVPLoader application and installer need, where it is processed, and how to make a request about your data. The service operator is the owner of MVPLoader. Our current contact channel is Telegram @freecult_workshop.
Data we process
- Account: email address, Firebase identifier, email verification status, and information needed for sign-in. The password is sent to Firebase Authentication during registration and sign-in. The website does not store new passwords in its own database. Data from earlier local accounts, including password hashes, may remain in the old database until deletion.
- Website operation: a session identifier cookie, server-side authentication tokens, activity times, technical request counters, and values derived from IP addresses for rate limiting. Standard web server logs may record the IP address, request time, and browser information.
- Mod library: account identifier, ratings, records of modification installations and launches, and view counters. Some counters are stored in aggregate form.
- Technical diagnostics: certain modifications may record a random installation identifier, software and Windows versions, launch time and result, technical error information, and a shortened hash of the IP address.
- On your device: the application saves the language, appearance, selected game, list of added mods, and other settings. In the current version, it also stores the email address and password locally for automatic sign-in. These local details are not part of the website database. Protect access to your device.
We do not ask for passport details or payment information to create an MVPLoader account.
Why we use data
Data is used to create and verify accounts, sign users in to the website and application, operate modification ratings and statistics, support users, prevent abuse, and resolve technical problems. Access to the account area and application cannot be provided without the data needed for sign-in.
Where and by whom data is processed
Google Firebase Authentication provides a single account for the website and application. According to Google, data for this service is processed in the United States. The website stores its server-side session separately. Cloudflare Turnstile may be used to protect the registration form and receives technical verification data. The hosting provider processes requests to the website to the extent needed for its operation and security.
Advertising may appear in the application and installer. When ads load, third-party providers may receive technical information needed to display and measure them, such as an IP address and device information. Their handling of this data is governed by their own policies. Users can decline any additional product offered by an advertiser.
How long data is kept
Account data and related library records are kept while the account is used and the data is needed to operate the service, or until a deletion request is processed, unless the law requires further retention. A website session ends after sign-out or a period of inactivity. Temporary rate-limit records are cleared after the relevant intervals. Retention periods for server and diagnostic logs depend on their purpose and storage settings. Local application settings remain on the device until the User removes them or uninstalls the application.
After an account is deleted, Firebase may keep data in backups for some time under its own policies.
Your rights and requests
You can request information about your data, ask for inaccurate information to be corrected, or request deletion and an end to processing where there is no lawful reason to keep the data. Contact us through Telegram @freecult_workshop. To avoid disclosing data to another person, we may ask you to verify that the account belongs to you.
You can reset your password using the recovery form on the website or in the application. Contact us to change your email address. Local application settings must be removed on your device; an account deletion request does not automatically remove files and settings from your computer.
Security and changes to this Policy
The website uses protected sessions, rate limits, and access checks for private files. No technical measure offers an absolute guarantee. If you suspect that your account has been compromised, change your password and tell us. The current revision date is shown at the top of this page; updated text will be published here.
The conditions for using the service are set out in the Terms of Use.
